How do I place an order?
Shopping at mariseskincare.com is easy:
Login to mariseskincare.com
- To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase.
- To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column.
- To review the items in your cart, click on the “View Cart” tab, located at the top right of the page
- If you have an applicable ‘Discount Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’.The total price will be updated with the discount.
- Review your order at the “View Cart” Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (NO PO BOX), click on “Proceed to Purchase” to choose your preferred payment method.
- Review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
Can I track the status of my orders?
If you checked out as a registered user, you can track the status of your order by logging into your account and click ‘View Previous Orders’.
After your payment is confirmed and received, your order will be processed within 24hours. You will receive the following email:
- Order Received: We have received your order & awaiting payment confirmation.
- Payment Confirmation: We have received your payment & shipment is being arranged.
- Order shipped: We have shipped your order & you will be provided with shipping details and Tracking Number.
How do I make changes to my orders?
Kindly drop us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +6013-7207008 within 24 hours from your purchase. Otherwise, your purchased item will be shipped out on the next day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal & eGHL online gateway which facilitates secure payments via credit/debit card and online bank transfer.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash by mail due to security reasons.
What is eGHL?
eGHL is an Internet Payment arm of GHL Systems Berhad (GHL), offering secure Internet payment solution to online businesses in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia. eGHL complies with Malaysia’s Financial Services Act 2013. It is a secure online system that offers our customer safe transaction over the internet. eGHL also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.
Why my payment was declined?
This could due to different reasons that may include:
- Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer.
- You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase.
- Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer.
- Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer.
- Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated.
- Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not- Present environment (online/over the internet).
- There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorisation system.
- You haven't activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card.
If the reason above does not apply, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.
When I click on the button "Credit Card Payment with eGHL", but nothing happens after that. Why?
Please examine the settings of your internet browser if pop-up blocker is turned on. We need the pop-blocker to be turned off. For Internet Explorer users, go to Tools->Pop- Up Blocker->Turn- Off Pop-Up Blocker.
My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an Order Reference Number. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again.

Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank account number on your site for payment?
Yes. All transactions are made via Secured Payment Gateways such as Paypal & eGHL.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are your shipping methods?
We use Pos Laju for East & West Malaysia.
For international orders, items will be shipped via Malaysia FlexiPack International (Standard Air Parcel).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping fees will be displayed upon Check-Out.
How much is the shipping fee?
FREE shipping for East & West Malaysia.
International shipping fees will be displayed upon Check-Out.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on the amount of orders and destination. Once payment is confirmed, item will be shipped within 24 hours. You will receive ‘Order Shipped’ email provided with shipping details and Tracking Number.
Estimated delivery time as below:.
- The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities may incur additional days.
- Delivery time is subjected to custom clearance process. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours.
- Items may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the recipient is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country.
- All International parcel is added with registered label for track & trace purposes, an additional day is needed because it is a recorded delivery. Signature is required on delivery process. (This may subject to changes which depends on the arrangement by receiver country).
It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. Where is it?
- To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your order to your office or an address where there will be someone to receive it between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Correct & complete shipping address and contactable phone number are necessary to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of item to your door step.
- If you still have not received your order within 2 weeks after order placement, you may email us your Order Reference Number located at your order form to email@example.com to check the status of your order.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days upon receiving the item(s) provided that the item(s) is/are in its original packaging, not opened and not damaged. Unfortunately we do not bear the return postage fees for shipping of returned goods. Returns after 14 days upon receiving the item(s) will not be entertained.
* Items must be return together with original box and receipt.
* Item bought during promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange.
How do I return my goods?
Kindly email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Return Item”. Do include your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & condition. We will assist you as soon as possible and a “Return Slip” will be emailed to you. Fill in the “Return Slip” and pack together with return item in its original packaging, send it back to:

Once we have received the returned item, your request will be processed within 5 working days. An email notification will be sent to you once the full refund has been made to your bank account. Again, please note that refund only granted once returned items have been deemed to be in reasonable condition with its original packaging.
